Couple of nights in Sarina, visit to Sarina Sugar Shack was interesting to learn about production and processing of sugar.

Mackay stayed at lovely park looking out at the lagoon.

Airlie Beach had day trip out to Reef World which was wonderful.

Enjoyed few days in Townsville, visit to Charters towers with well preserved buildings from gold rush era.

Crossed Burdekin River which would be magnificent when flooded looking at the level of water from previous floods.
